2021 CAMEO CARES BENEFIT // ADDITIONAL SITE TERMS

1. These Additional Terms apply to your participation in the 2021 Cameo Cares Benefit and related activities, including purchasing a Cameo Cares Product (described below), participating in an real-time video chat Calls content, and participating in other 2021 Cameo Cares Benefit activities, scheduled for October 11, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. (PT) through October 12, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (PT), subject to change in the date or details, or cancellation, in Cameo’s sole discretion (collectively, “Event”).

2. Cameo Cares Products.  A Talent User may offer Cameo Videos (excluding Business Cameo Videos), Calls, and Cameo DMs and Stickers during the Event (each, a “Cameo Cares Product”), subject to Talent User’s discretion to decline a request, intended to benefit 3 different non-profits supporting mental health awareness and resources The Jed Foundation, Backline Care, Inc., and NAMI National as identified on the Site during the 2021 Cameo Cares Benefit (individually, a “Charity” and, collectively, the “Charities”).  For each Cameo Cares Product requested during the Event (even if a request is fulfilled after the Event) and any additional amount you designate as a “tip” for a Cameo Cares Product:
   

   1. The Talent User may, in its sole discretion, agree to contribute the Talent User’s revenue from Cameo Cares Products through The Pledgeling Foundation donor advised fund to benefit either a single Charity or equally benefit the Charities.  You acknowledge and agree that Cameo does not control and makes no representations or warranties about a Charity or any donation to a Charity by the Talent User.

   2. Cameo will contribute all of Cameo’s Net Proceeds in connection with Cameo Cares to The Cameo Cares Fund, a donor advised fund of the Chicago Community Foundation, to benefit either a single Charity or equally benefit the Charities. “Net Proceeds” means the remaining amount actually received by Cameo from each Cameo Cares Product purchased during the Event after subtraction of payment to the Talent user and fees and/or costs associated with the purchase including, without limitation, service fees, credit card fees, processing fees and, in the case of a payment made via the App, any payment to or deduction by the application platform.

   3. You acknowledge and agree that your payment for a Cameo Cares Product or any tip paid for a Cameo Cares Product is not tax deductible. 

   4. You acknowledge that Cameo Cares Products purchased during the Event are excluded from the Customer Referral Program.

1. 2021 Cameo Cares Benefit Event Participation and Content.  Any request (via video, text, or otherwise) that you make or send or any other submission that you make in connection with the Event or your participation in the Event (including any video, audio, image, and statement) (“Event Submission”) will be a Submission under the Site Terms [https://www.cameo.com/terms].  
   

   1. You are responsible for your Submissions.  In addition to the Site Terms, each Submission is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy [https://www.cameo.com/terms#acceptableUsePolicy] and may not, among other things:   violate, infringe, or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral or "droit moral," or other legal rights of any third party; or  communicate anything that is, or that incites or encourages action that is, explicitly or implicitly: illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, racist, derogatory, harmful to any reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, or otherwise objectionable (including nudity).

   2. In addition to the rights granted under the Site Terms, you grant to Cameo the exclusive (including exclusive as to you), royalty-free, fully paid, unlimited, universal, sublicensable (through multiple tiers of sublicenses), irrevocable license in any and all manner and media to use, publish, reproduce, record, modify, edit, and display your name, image, voice, appearance, performance, likeness, and Event Submission in connection with the Event, including advertising, marketing, promoting, republishing, rebroadcasting, and re-airing the Event.  You acknowledge and agree that each Event Submission may be edited and each Submission (or an edited version) included in a compilation with content from others.

What is Watch? How it works?

Watch took center stage at this year's Product Show with a preview of watch OS 2. The next generation of Watch software is packed with features that just might turn the device from a nice-to-have into a must-have. If you already own an Apple Watch, you'll have to live with the old software until fall. You’ll love it at the first use.

How the watch is made?

Watch has an anodized aluminum case (which is lighter than stainless steel) in silver or space gray, and the face is Ion-X glass, which also designed to be hard and rugged (as well as a little bit lighter) than the sapphire. It’s definitely the lightest of the three Apple Watch editions, making it an ideal exercise companion.

Can I swap out the watch band?

Absolutely. Watch comes with six bands that are easy to mix and match any band with any watch. You can swap them out as your heart desires without the aid of any tools—as long as the band and watch are the same size. (The Leather Loop band, for example, only fits 42mm watches, not the smaller 38mm size.)

So it’s a watch and a fitness tracker?

The accelerometer lets the watch count your steps, and it extrapolate distance on its own, or rely on the GPS in the paired Phone to trace your exact route. That step data comes in handy for two of the apps included on the watch: Activity and Workout. Both of the watch’s fitness apps sync data back to the Health and Fitness apps on your Phone.
